SHIPPING & RETURNS

Eco-Friendly Packaging

All orders ship in eco-mailers made from 100% recycled paper.  Some items may be packaged in a reusable zip-lock bag inside of the mailer because there have been issues with some mailers not standing up to postage. This is a work is progress!  If there are any issues with your shipment, please let us know.

Paper mailers can be recycled or will biodegrade.  Sometimes shipping carriers put tape or labels on the packaging and this is beyond our control.

There are no plastic tags or other plastic materials shipped with your order.

Shipping Locations

We ship throughout the United States and Canada. 
All listed delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Canadian Shipping 

$5 flat rate shipping is available for all T-shirts shipped within Canada. This option will send your package by Canada Post Oversize Lettermail (approximately 2-5 business days, untracked, uninsured).

If you would like tracking & insurance on your package, you can choose a different shipping option at checkout (shipping charges for other options are calculated at checkout).

All sweatshirts are shipped as parcels and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Canadian orders ship from our home base in Ontario.

U.S. Shipping 

U.S. orders ship via Canada Post Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel Services.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

US orders are shipped from our home base in Ontario.  Customs and duties charges may apply to US orders.  Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.   If you have any issues with your shipment, let us know.

Returns 

If you ordered the wrong size, we can accept returns or exchanges on products in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be clean, unwashed, and unworn.  There is no restocking fee but original shipping costs are non-refundable.  When a return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and you can return the item in its original packaging.  After 30 days, if no exchange or return is requested, sales are final.

If we made an error on your order or your product arrives damaged, please email us with the details and we will make arrangements to make it right.
